1. BUGFIX - Non-inheritance on file system permissions
cwRsync installer configures /etc/fstab in a proper way to avoid Cygwin-driven overloading of access rights.
2. UPDATED - Service account created with no password expiration
CLIENT
3. BUGFIX - Two Missing DLLs for proper ssh operations
